"I have been a member of OsteoStrong since August 2022 so it has been almost 8 months. I can report that from 2021 to 2023, my bone density has increased 15% on my lumbar spine and 17% on my femoral neck. These increases have reversed my downward trend and taken me from osteoporosis to osteopenia. From April 2020, I have been taking a prescription medicine but my reversal percentages didn't happen until I began OsteoStrong. Naturally, since I'm taking medicine, I cannot claim that all of the changes have occurred because of OsteoStrong but I am inclined to believe that OsteoStrong has made a distinct difference. I'm going to continue to track this over the next year or two to see if I can stop injections."
