Trevor grew up in Minnesota, and enjoyed working in customer service while in high school. In 2017 he enlisted as active infantry in The Army and was stationed in Washington. After his active contract he switched to the National Guard and started working as a physical therapy technician which gave him a love for health and wellness and helping people achieve their goals.

Trevor enjoys rooting for The Minnesota Vikings and enjoying the outdoors, as he has only been in Florida for a year. He likes the sunny weather here much better than the rains in Washington.

Trevor is currently studying to become a Physical Therapy assistant.
